Jermaine Vaughn - Lead Pastor
Pastor Jermaine Vaughn was raised in Oklahoma City and is a graduate of Douglass High School where he played football. During college, he served as the evangelism and outreach coordinator of the Impact Movement at the University of Central Oklahoma and as the evangelism director of a local church plant in Oklahoma City until graduating in 2008.
Jermaine has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in police science. In addition to serving the church, Jermaine also serves his community as a law enforcement officer and has been awared the highest law enforcement honor in the nation - The Congressional Badge of Bravery. He has a Master’s of Biblical Studies and Theology and is actively pursuing a Doctorate in Theology and Leadership. Jermaine was inducted into the Theta Alpha Kappa honor society for religious and theological studies in 2019.
Jermaine and his wife Evelyn are founders of Harvest Movement International, a missionary organization serving locally and globally. His passion and purpose is simply to help people discover and live in the full potential God has for them. Jermaine enjoys watching and listening to movies.

Evelyn Vaughn - Missions and Outreach Pastor
Evelyn was born in Ghana. She moved to Moore, Oklahoma, as a teenager. She is married to her college sweetheart, Jermaine, and the Lord has blessed them with three beautiful children - Justice, Glory, and Valor. Evelyn graduated from Westmoore High School in Moore, completed her bachelor of science from the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO), and later also received her Master’s of Public Health (MPH). While at UCO, Evelyn served as the Treasurer and was later elected as President of the Impact Movement and has served as Missions Director of a church plant in Oklahoma City developing relationships and leading teams to Tanzania and India. Evelyn is also a co-founder of Harvest Movement International. Her passion is to serve both her community locally and globally. She enjoys exercising, volunteering, and traveling.
PJ Nguyen - lead worship pastor
PJ Nguyen oversees all things creative at Elevate Church including music, lighting, and imagery. PJ received both his Bachelor of Music Education and Master of Human Relations degrees from the University of Oklahoma. He is also a public school teacher in Moore who is passionate about teaching music to his elementary students. PJ is a fierce advocate of lifting up others and pointing them towards Jesus Christ. He loves spending his life with his beautiful bride, Jordan, and their dog, Milo. Some of PJ’s favorite things include gummy worms, horror movies, and Chick-Fil-A.

Sonya Tyra - Elevate Kids Pastor
Sonya oversees all areas of children's ministry from birth through sixth grade. She is passionate about sharing the love of Christ with the younger generation. She enjoys spending time with her family, laughing, watching her boys play soccer, and taking part in other family adventures. When she has the opportunity, she likes to relax with a good book.

Renee Wayland - Executive director
Renee oversees the daily operations of the church, finances, and planning. She enjoys watching OU sports, especially football and women's basketball. She loves all forms of crafts and reading. Renee has been married to her husband, Randy, since 1992 and they both love to travel.

Amanda Stern - Administrative director
Amanda oversees Elevate’s social media accounts, communication, facility management, and the development of small groups every semester. When she is not obsessing over her dogs and all things related to Christmas, Amanda likes to travel with her husband Jaron and explore new places.
